I haven’t written a diary for some time because I asked for leave to go home.
For this reason, my work has piled up during my absence, which leads to much problems needing I solve as fast as can.
Today, what impressed me most is the APQP meeting organized by my department manager. As we know, there are many elements in the APQP procedure, Only we need to be input all the elements, can the project get into the next phase. However, the reality is that there are many engineers to pay no attention to the APQP check list, they just prefer to make the project go as fast as it need. I know sometimes we need to open our mind and be flexible to deal with emergency in our work, but in the long run, it is not the good way to maintain a high quality of our product.
Having difficulty in our work gives us unique lessons .Be grateful for the good that came from now and past.

Today, I want to share some ways helping to us work smoothly. For our jobs, maybe sometimes there are full of difficulties making us crazy, how can we deal with them and prepare for them next time?
I have searched for a wonderful way for long to make my work efficiently.at last, I draw a conclusion from my colleagues that there is no one way for all the people to work efficiently and they all have different ways of working because each people are not the same. As to me, the follow I need to stick to all the way
Firstly, don’t be afraid to make mistakes and dare to impress own opinion reasonably. To give our opinion to others it is beneficial to have the kind of mind that can be open and flexible. More and more team members will be familiar with me after sharing insights.
Secondly, looking at difficulties from a new perspective. In times of trouble, I try to look at the struggle as a new learning opportunity because complaining much about it just makes us be full of resentment.
The most important, to respect others all the time. Although many people have deep understand of it, it is difficult to keep .As to me, I am out of control and forget that when I am angry and upset.
Too youth, too simple. There are a long list of mistakes I must go through.

This morning, there is a colleague have worked for seven years in my company apply for resignation, which make me surprised. He had worked as director with high salary in our department, I really don’t understand what reasons make him select to resign. This issue makes me reflect on my purpose again in my life.
Life is beautiful, but time flies and many people, including me, have lived a life full of stress and goal that make us feel tired. However, if we don’t make our efforts to reach our goals, the life without trouble and difficult is meaningless.It is very tired if one people desires much most of time in his life, maybe all of us should be thankful for that we already have, which is the key to keep balance between our life and work.
As one as i am concerned, everybody should try to know and understand themselves and what they real like.
I just know what I need to do now, perhaps the colleague asking for resignation have considered more about his future.

Most managers know that stress is a barrier to motivating the workforce, and if employees are under the burden of a heavy workload, maybe result in stress-related illnesses.
Today, I read an article written in BEC’s Speaking English handout, which discusses the issue of ‘how to deal with a heavy workload’. On the whole, I agree to the following two ways to effectively relive work related stresses.
First, benefits system. I wonder that more benefit programmers introduced is way to relieve stress. For me, my favorite sport is going jogging. Sometimes, I am snowed under at work, and felt very exhausted after work. But once it takes me 30 minutes to go jogging, my mood will become better. So, sport activates not only enable employees to keep fit, but also achieve a better balance between work and life.
Secondly, time management is also important. During my work, I often make a schedule every week, especially important things. Prioritizing tasks is vital; as a result, we will better manage our work.

Theme: What’s important when job-sharing?
As a management group, finding someone we like is the most important when we start job-sharing. We all know how hard it is to share credit and blame with someone who doesn’t fit in with us. Not to mention moving to the next step, which is to organize and plan our work.
Secondly, for planning the system for handing work over carefully, delegating the workload according to each other’s particular skills and qualities is highly recommended.
The third rule is to write all our arrangement into tasks list to keep track of work that our team needs to complete. In my opinion, when we delegate work to subordinates or partners, dividing responsibility is also important. During their working hours, everyone has to be clear about his own project to focus on.
Finally, communication is another important factor to consider when we arrange Job-sharing. At work, we need to update the progress of the programs, and timely solve any problem, ensure all work run smoothly.
If we are lucky enough to organize and build up our job-sharing system, the above four steps will help us work more effectively.

Theme: Welcome to attend communication meeting on quality management
In the 6SQ website, as you probably know, there will be an activity about communication of quality managers on March 30 in the Shenzhen. Regarding the similar conference, I had attended six times from 2011 to 2013. Every activity was a very successful communication; I gained lot of knowledge and also met new friends who share my profession. Therefore, in my today’s diary, I highly recommend that everyone attends this meeting, especially new quality manager.
In this activity, a number of speeches were given by invited the best senior managers (for example, Steven Ding, Huang wentong etc). The theme of this conference is communication, such as how to deal with difficult customers or solve quality problems, including supplier’s management and so on.
In the final discussion section, everyone can ask questions about your work history, managers with related working experience will tell you their advice. Besides, by communicating with senior managers, you will learn more about quality management. In the future, at work, once you have learned a better way to solve problems, you will enjoy enormous benefits in your career.

Today I want to talk about my annual training plan in 2014. Last week, HR of my company wanted me to consider taking an SPC training class, but it’s my considered opinion that I should choose one of Five Quality Manual FMEA instead. Though I always saved Five Quality Manual in my computer, I haven’t had a chance to study it. About FMEA knowledge, the only thing I know FMEA is a listing of potential failures and their corresponding effects, DFMEA and PFMEA are the two most frequently used FMEA and so on. I have never done it in my working experience.
In order to gain as much as I can from the training, I would like to learn the basics of FMEA before the class begins.
Dear 6SQ Friends, I think many of you have been through the FMEA training; I would appreciate it if you could recommend me a good teacher. Thank you very much.

Today is cloudy, I don’t want to go shopping and playing with friends as usual. When I read news and searched for some information online, there are many beautiful pictures on the forum that were taken by the people who traveled outside, which made me strongly desired to have a trip in these days.
The beautiful flowers and green leaves in the pictures those occurred me that spring is coming. Perhaps the weather is a little cold and I am so busy recently that I have pay no attention for that, which made me have an illusion about the season.
I am the kind of person who has many thoughts in heart but don’t take initiative to share with others. Sometimes that makes me feel hard. Therefore, it is very necessary for me to have a trip in the part time although the work is very busy. Have a trip is a wonderful way to relax myself and reduce the stress in my lives.
I hope the weather will be sunny tomorrow, then I am going on a trip, just taking a knapsack, a camera and myself.

In business meeting, men often wear suits and ties. Other than courtesy in formal occasions, men do look smarter wearing suits and ties than casuals. However, when I see a formally dressed man in the street, my instinct reflection is that this man could work for an underground organization like the illegal Pyramid scheme.
Yesterday, one of my teachers told me a story about the origin of ties, it was so funny that I would like to share it with you in today’s diary. According to history, centuries ago in country xx, men often soiled their clothes when they ate. Since their clothes were often too troublesome to clean, they gave their wives headache. To avoid their clothes difficult to wash, woman required men to use a piece of cloth to cover their chest area during meals. Through the history, these pieces of cloth evolved to become ties.

In modern days, fewer and fewer people like to wear ties unless they have to. And, sportswear is now in fashion replacing suits and ties.

Today’s work was completed on schedule. And, Cinderella is determined to finish her diary before going to bed.
Starting in March, I will do an hour of slow yoga every Tuesday. We all know that Yoga exercise is designed to resolve internal tension, and I had my first yoga lesson tonight, though I had learned it for several months last year, it’s still difficult for me to do it today, and my movements are not standard till now. Hope my situation will improve with this one hour weekly program. It’s clear in my mind that I really enjoy yoga this exercise, because it brings me a sense of internal calmness. I believe practicing yoga can help me balance my life between work and play.
Yoga lessons are a part of company benefits provided to its employees. The instructor is always a professional. Other than yoga lessons, I have been using my spare time to study and learn new things. Since studying after work frequently makes me feel exhausted, I often go to the gym to work out and relax. From now on, however, I will not go to the gym on Tuesdays, because I have yoga lessons to attend.

I am working overtime now because there are more new projects need to be quoted toady.
I would like to make time for learning what I am interesting no matter how I am busy, which makes sure that I can learn the new knowledge every day. Working overtime make it possible, just like now.

Today is a busy day that make me forget the unhappy things happened yesterday. I got up early this morning, it was eight o’clock when I got to the office, which means I can get off work half an hour earlier than before.
After work yesterday, I had though a lot about the reason why the unhappy things happened between our team and decide to adjust myself from now on. I want to have a good start today, so I went to work early and prepared much for the routine work. Thanks for the God and myself, everything goes well with me today, and my colleagues have not complained about what happened yesterday. Everybody should consider much about what he said or do before.

Today, I don’t have much work to do. In fact, only a few were present in the office. I called my father in the morning, and they told me that they have prepared my favorite fishes and made dumpling without any pepper.
At noon, on my way to deposit money to the bank, I saw a coworker chasing after a man riding a motorcycle, later on he told me that he was robbed while talking with his cell phone. I was a little shocked and felt fortunate that I have given up the habit of playing with my mobile when I walk in the streets
I am still packing my bags for tomorrow’s trip home; I am so excited that I may not be able to get some sleep tonight.

I went to HeYun for a business trip two day ago. Supply worker are almost 40~60 age. I chatted with my colleague, I discover a strange phenomenon is the man or woman both have lover. Perhaps people life are better than previously, needn’t work hard in order to survive. chat software have so much. thinking is free, derailment is be normal. family responsible and sex may separate. I can’t understand their behavior. their relationship are too chaos.
My colleague who worked together with me four years he resigned, I am surprise. I asked why did you want to leave? He answer “I worked here four years ,I feel I didn’t progress recent years, worker is to easy and comfortable too enthusiasm, change environment maybe is better.” Work give me feeling is same he ,but He is alone I have a family ,my sons and my mother-in-law need my support. I didn’t want to thing why I have been here.

Recently, I have been preparing for an external audit, which will come in May. Though carefully checking related records and documents is a part of my daily work, in order to make sure that my department could go through re-audit smoothly, I plan to check all materials controlled within the coming two weeks.

Thank goodness, weekend is approaching. After having been busy for the whole week, everyone needs to relax and rest before getting ready to greet the new week.
This weekend, cleaning my room is part of my routine work. I feel happier if I stay in a clean room to do things. In recent months, since we put in a lot of effort to keep our room super clean, our dorm is often rated the first place in cleanliness by the company and we received monetary rewards for our effort accordingly.
Going for a walk is my way to relax during weekdays. During weekends, however, in addition to walking I also like to watch TV. My favorite TV show is named WQueen , which is broadcasted from Taiwan. I highly recommend it to all female friends, because it teaches us not only how to match clothes but also correct ways of using skincare products. Sometimes this show discusses the topics of healthy eating and healthcare.

When I was reading an article titled “Sushi can have more calories than a Big Mac and fries”, it reminded me of my friend Mei.
Mei is gentle, methodical, and very good at English. She passed PET4 exam last year and took six sigma Black Belt exam in 2012. In addition, she had attended communication of quality managers twice in Shenzhen, and was one of Mr. Ding’s fans.
Mei and I were colleagues at the XX Company and lived in the same dormitory for more than six years. In 2010, she left and joined a new company. Since then, we could hardly see each other for more than once a year. As I recall, on October 1st in 2012, I asked her to eat Sushi, and however, so none of us ever liked it, Mei, especially, refused to take a second bite of sushi after having finished the first one. So ever since then and we chose to stay with our beloved home style dishes in Chinese restaurants, they were not only cheaper than sushi but also more delicious.
According to this article sushi dishes bring more calories than a Big Mac and fries and provide very little protein. If this is true, people should eat less of them or we will certainly get fatter and fatter.

Regarding the customer complaint about XX product problems discussed last week, in the morning, I collected related inspection data of three days reported by QC girls. To Further understand this problem, I made the rounds of XX process to audit operation conditions around ten o’clock. Afterwards, I analyzed my findings with one of XX engineer. We both agreed that some operations need to improve. To prevent the same problem from happening again, our technicians are required to re-train all operators. In the meantime, my QC girls still have to continue practicing 100% inspection to guarantee product quality.

Following my teacher’s advice, I need to find more time to read more in English. When I felt lost, I found some reading material in the You Dao dictionary. And, today I read an article titled “Apple keeps 76% of its users”, frankly, if I had more money, I would buy an Apple. An Apple costs an arm and a leg. Anyway, I will consider buying an Ample later. Quality clothing and healthy foods are more important to me today. To save money, using company provided cell phone at no cost seems to be a good choice.

When I heard someone talk about a men wearing skirts, I immediately thought about comedian Xiao Shenyang. He became an overnight sensation in early 2010, after appearing in a comic skit where he dressed up in a Scottish skirt on CCTV’ widely Spring Festival Gala. Scottish skirts, or kilts, are often worn by Scottish army during the special ceremonies.
In our history, men had started to wear skirts long before women did. Around 2000 B.C, in the Shang dynasty, men’s wardrobes commonly included skirts. On the other hand, woman wearing skirts was not the norm until Han Dynasty, 18 centuries later or in 200 B.C.

This morning, there is a colleague have worked for seven years in my company apply for resignation, which make me surprised. He had worked as director with high salary in our department, I really don’t understand what reasons make him select to resign. This issue makes me reflect on my purpose again in my life.
Life is beautiful, but time flies and many people, including me, have lived a life full of stress and goal that make us feel tired. However, if we don’t make our efforts to reach our goals, the life without trouble and difficult is meaningless.It is very tired if one people desires much most of time in his life, maybe all of us should be thankful for that we already have, which is the key to keep balance between our life and work.
As one as i am concerned, everybody should try to know and understand themselves and what they real like. I just know what I need to do now, perhaps the colleague asking for resignation have considered more about his future.

It occurred to me today that I have worked in our company for eight months and I will be the person who has one year experience of product quality engineer. In order to reach my goals I had set when I come into the company, it is time to make a detail plan to improve myself from now on.
The more time I stay, the more ideas I have. I am so lucky, because I know what I real desire and where I want to be, which makes me focus on my work and not waste much time. I really want to keep a balance between work and life, but sometimes it is so difficult to control myself that I spent much time for entertainment. To the contrary, my friends think I do well in control myself.
Time is going too fast, we need to take much advantage of most of time to doing something making our life meaningful.
In modern society, everyone face the fierce competition all the time. Only we set a goal, then learn more and improve ourselves for it every day, can we earn more money and get what we want.

Today is Saturday, although the weather is so worse than before, it is a nice day. I didn’t go out for shopping and playing with good friends as usual because it is much cold and wet, which gave me a chance to have a real rest and did some cooking for myself.
In my opinion, everybody should spend more time to deal with the relationship between work and life. If one people always thinking about his work,, it will be lead to lose of much happiness in his life. As to me, I often think about how to communicate with others efficiently. Sometimes, I also complain that it is difficult to get on well with some people , which make me fell upset in the work. However, I try me best to forget the unhappy things although it is difficult, for example, doing some cooking today, which make me feel relax and peaceful.
I hope yesterday will be a good day ,too.

Regarding improving english advice
Dear 6SQ friends,
For me, learning English is a painful experience, I have been studying it more than three years, I write English diary not because I am good at it, but it still seems I haven’t made any progress. In order to improve my writing skill, following my friend’s advice, I decide to practice writing it every day. I publish them here, and I do so for one reason, 6SQ is website I often visit. I hope that I can keep writing a daily diary to record my feelings or work, and so on.

February, 18 2014 rainy and cold
Yesterday, I asked for personal affair leave in this morning, because I have an interview at other company. To be honest, although i just work as a product test engineer in my company for half a year, but this is not what I really like. The most important, if I stay on here, it will take me much time to do the same thing I have done before and I get little, so I want to leave for trying to do other jobs. I consider for long time, although my department manager takes me seriously, but I want to have a change.
Today, I was interviewed by the quality manager, he ask me why I apply for Resignation
and chose his company. I said I don’t like to work as product test engineer and I prefer to be a program quality engineer. The quality manager said he can meet my requirement, I think it is much because i have pass the CET6 and the speaking English is well, which can be communicated with other country people.
I'm a little confused now, I think many people have been face this situation about me. In two days ,I will wait for the answer and continue my job in the company .
