Last weekend after ending of outdoor training I am very busy. I need overwork every day. Originally I thought writing something about my outdoor training but I discover it is too complicated. I don’t know how to express my fleeing in English. It is experience to forget. A half and day of outdoor is most of team and open your heart. Maybe when I have time I will write an essay about this training in Chinese.
Yesterday my boss told me will give me raise 500RMB next month. I have no idea. I am busy for a little salary. I have been confused. My friend said I am very excellence. But I don’t know how to get more money. Earning is not enough to use. Nowadays the live of cost is so high.

A nice day in Shenzhen ( 23,June, Rainy and Cloudy)
We had a trip on last Saturday, the destination is Shenzhen OCT. most of my colleagues were in the bus when I arrived the firm. we set out at twenty minutes past seven. this is the second time of my son to have a trip with me. he was very exciting. we had bought a large of snacks for the trip because we will not have lunch in the park.
It's very dark and had hard rainy when we were driving. most of my colleague took their kids too, so we felt upset. we arrived Shenzhen in half past an hours and the rain was stop. suddenly, the heavy rain came when the tour guide bought tickets, all the tourist crowed into the house. we waited and waited, but the rain did not stop. the weather worried us. a few hours later, the rain finally stop, we were allowed to enter the park.
We had played XD game、sat the cable car, ect. however, all of us had enjoy our stay here. It was a nice day.

一个成熟的男人---担当 责任 感恩
这周一连串的烦心事让我感悟不尽，我们男人还是一个小屁孩的时候，父母和身边的人都教导我们，我们是小男子汉，从小就在被灌输培养小男子汉的精神，当我们还是个小屁孩的时候只要不开心哭鼻子的时候，父母都会说小男子汉哭啥鼻子呢多含羞啊。这一切只因为从小都是男孩子是小男子汉，当我们逐渐开始读书直到毕业然后成人，我们逐渐明白了从小被教导成小男子汉的意义 。我们长大成人了，我们是一个顶天立地的大男人了。我们需要找工作了要娶妻成家了，作为一个男人更应该让自己的翅膀丰满起来让自己独立起来，而不是像从小让父母保护起来，我们需要独立了而不是让父母一直在操心。这就是男人的担当，因为我们已经不是小屁孩了，我们长大了应该从思想和行动都成熟了，长大就应当做一个担当成熟的男人了，而不是一个不成熟的大男孩。
责任 当我们读书毕业后出来社会找工作，然后娶妻成家到生子，这时候扛在这个男人身上的是沉重的责任，他需要对这个家庭负起责任。虽然现在早已是男女平等的社会了，无论他的妻子或者多么优秀，但是作为一个大男人你需要担当起一个劳动部长的角色，你需要去努力赚钱养家，要让你的老婆和子女过上幸福的物质生活。你的老婆的主要角色是教子管家做好一个财政部长；毕竟物质是精神的基础 。无论你结婚前是一个浪子也好，坏人也罢，但是当你结婚后你需要金盆洗手，而不是一个不归家的男人，或者是一个日嫖夜赌只顾自己潇洒的男人；你已经拥有一个家庭了，你不能太自私，有句话说：一个男人无论你多么自私，你都不应该对你的老婆和你的子女自私，这句话太好了。因为你所做的一切需要对你的老婆和你的子女负责任，这不仅仅是担当，更多的是一个成熟男人应担当的责任。

I regularly see mistakes with phrases using the words “regards”or “respect”. There are several of these phrases in English, but they are easily confused and mixed up. For example, phrases like in respect to and with regards to are incorrect.

Although these phrases are often used interchangeably they have slightly different meanings, so we should be careful how we use them.

How to use “According to”?
“According to”的用法
“According to…” is usually used when you restate something someone told you or something you have heard or read somewhere. It is mostly used for reporting.

Anything else, or a mixture of these two constructions, is wrong. Note than in the first example above “notice” is an uncountable noun so it cannot take “a/an”. In the second example, “notice period” is countable, so we must say “a notice period”. “One-month” is a compound adjective, so a hyphen (-) is required.

“few” “little”和 “a few” “a little”傻傻分不清楚
我们大概在小学的时候就学过few和a few，little和a little的用法了。但是很惭愧，很多人学了十几年的英语，证书考了一堆，到现在还是对这些常用词分不清楚。看看，你到底能不能分清楚few，a few，little，a little的用法吧。
There’s a big difference between “few” and “a few”. In fact they have opposite meanings.
few和a few之间区别很大，事实上，它们的意思几乎完全相反。
If you say, for example, “I have a few friends in the Ministry”, it sounds impressive.
比如你说“我在上头有些朋友”，那别人会对你刮目相看的。
“few” = not many;“a few” = several. “Few” and “a few” are used with countable nouns.
few就是不多的意思，a few就是有一些的意思。Few和a few都是用来形容可数名词的。
Ex: The Regulator has presented this standpoint on few occasions.
例1：该官员在很少的一些场合发表过这一观点。

“Little” and “a little” work in the same way as “few” and “a few”.

I didn’t write diary because of I was busy for Electronic cigarettes project recently.
It is too hot to sleep. Last night Two fans blew to me, I was woke up by hot, I got up at half past five in the morning, i had twice bath.
13 pm of tomorrow we will start for outdoor training of two and a half days at the Huangpu Military Academy. The weather is too hot and I can’t imagine how about our outdoor training. I don’t like in the sun at summer. I am afraid I will dizzy and sunstroke. The administration manager told us we need take along slipper and toilet articles, Live with eight colleagues at the dormitory. Eat at school canteen. We call it is devil training.
Ivy told me she have a little look forward and fear. in fact ,me too.

My friend’s daughter GIGI is seven years old. I know GIGI’s mother for several years, but I first time saw GIGi was at English corner yesterday. I was surprised. She is very beautiful girl. Her delicate Skin is white and hasn’t any defects, eyes are big and clear. Especially she’s quality is different the other same age girl.

Today I have a little lazy, don’t want to move and without spirit. After dragon boat festival, my company business is busy .Last night Mother-in-law called me nearly an hour. These days the 6sq website has some problem I can’t open it. It is International Children’s Days Tomorrow. I have two sons, I bought a smashing toys and a peg-top to them as present. I wish them happy every day and have a happiness childhood.

My classmate of self-study examination recommended me to join a free English lesson. The lesson’s sponsor is BaoAn XIXiang Volunteer. School time is in the morning every Sunday. Every person introduced self at start. I was a little tension. I forgot to say where I am from.
The text is lesson 5 and 7 of New Concept English, the teacher is a young man. Teacher’s English is very good and he has sense of hummer. His pronunciation is very authentic. Four hours past, I didn’t feel tired and bored. Finished the lesson we chatted each other around Dragon Boat festival plan. Perhaps we English skill is poor, many people were shy. Couldn’t speak loud and express self. If I have time I will join them.

It has been raining for a month. The weather is bother, everywhere is damp. It is rainy season. It is inconvenient to go out. Boos went to wuxi for a business trip on Wednesday. I am not busy. Today is the last day of April. Everyone knows that tomorrow is the legal holiday, and we will take one day off on May 1st. Our employees also don’t go to work tomorrow due to the shortage of raw materials from America.

Between people communication tools have many .For example: telephone QQ, MSN, Email, SKYPE etc. the world became like a country town. People communicate by the modern tools are convenient and quickly. But the modern tech have some drawback. Human face to face’s chances are less. Between people is be indifference. People on the chart tool have many words. But in the really world many people didn’t know how to contact.

I didn’t write diary a few day, I am busy to calibration equipments and modify procedure document. Last week a customer audited my company. Require we modify relevamt procedure more 40 items. It is a big work. Quality manager order me to modify the documents finished at April 15. on April 8 he asked me how the work done? I said I will finish at this week .April 9 he order secretary to ask me twice on SKYpe. I feel angry and off-line the SKYpe. later I reply the secretary:”my executive ability is so bad? ask again after again.” Some manager and you grow together, some manager did everything in order to tell you are so stupid and he is so smart.
l Mother-in-law went to Chen DU take care my sister-in-law the end of March .my husband step father called me last evening. Told to me that my young son is ill, ask me call to my mother-in-law must go home today. I worried my young son very much .require he take my sons to see doctor. I can’t do it good he said. I have no words to say, I think If he is my husband blood father, would he say I can’t do it ? original couple is well, didn’t distinguish yours or mine.
