SQE needed

US Fortune500 Company need one SQE,

Accountabilities:
Lead, coordinates and perform activities associated with all quality and supplier improvement program. This would include but not limit to
• Develop quality procedure to assure consistency result in process
• Conducting Supplier process assessment and set up action plan for improvement
• Coordinates with supplier, project engineer, and QA to put best process in place for each product category
• Disposition of supplier process change or material change requests
• Coordinating with supplier continuous improvement in process to take cost out
• Benchmarking world-class suppliers to assist present supplier base and identify future suppliers

Requirements:
• University degree graduate major in engineering or quality or science
• Have at least 6 - 8 year experiences in related position is a must
• Familiar with systematic improvement tools, such as FMEA, SPC, DOE (Design of Experiment);
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred;
• Lean manufacturing experience is preferred
• Results oriented,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being a team player, open;
• PC literate including PowerPoint, Word & Excel;
• Fluent and excellent command of both writing & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Extensive and hands on experience on manufacture process, including tooling, heat treating, CNC, milling, stamping, forging, testing, injection and plating etc.
