1.Purpose
1.目的
The procedure is to standardize the process for reworking / repairing products to satisfy our customer. The products need reworking / repairing here include all non-conforming products during production need reworking /repairing and products return from our customer that can be reworked / repaired .
本程序规定了对产品进行返工或返修以提高客户满意度的过程。本程序中的返工/返修产品是指可返工的生产中的不合格品及客户退回的可返工的产品。

4.Responsibilities
4.职责
All responsible personnel shall ensure that all the reworking / repairing products are processed as per documented procedures.
所有的责任人应确保返工、返修产品根据文件化的程序进行
The production or other departments related shall take the responsibility to segregate and / or rework /repair the nonconforming or suspected products.
生产部或其他相关部门应负责对不合格品或可疑产品进行隔离和返工。
The Quality Department shall identify the reworking / repairing products and inspect all products reworked and repaired.
质量部应确保有效追溯及隔离任何不合格产品及可疑产品。
5.Procedure
5.程序
5.1Inspectors shall label out these products that need reworking / repairing with "sort / rework label" during production, and the production personnel related shall segregate these products.
5.1检验员负责对需返工/返修的产品进行标识；生产部相关人员负责产品的返工/返修工作。
5.2When returnned products need reworking / repairing, Quality Department shall provide "CTP SH Customer Return Goods Disposal Report Sheet". These products which are the same batch no. with the returned ones in the warehouse shall be inspected
5.2对于客户退回的需返工/返修的产品，质量部提供“客户退货处理报告”。检查仓库里同批次的产品，如存在同样的问题，也需进行返工/返修。
5.3Production Engineer assistants in providing reworking instruction, and giving clear indications (where, how, what, when).
5.3当不良品需要返工或返修时，生产部工程师配合提供返工作业指导书。
5.4All work shall be done following the instruction
5.4返工/返修须按照作业指导书进行。
5.5Production personnel related shall monitor the reworking / repairing process, and ensure all products are reworked / repaired.
5.5生产部相关人员须跟踪整个返工/返修过程，并保证所有需返工/返修的产品都进行了处理。
5.6All reworking / repairing activities shall be record, including man/machine/method/non-conforming description/date/customer ect.
5.6所有返工/返修的动作都须被记录，包括返工/返修的人员，使用的工具、方法，不良描述，返工/返修时间，及客户等相关信息。
5.7QC inspector shall subject products to re-inspection, the re-inspection standard shall be keep in line with the normal inspection, any changes shall be confirmed by Quality Engineer. Inspector shall re-stamp these good parts after reworking / repairing. All re-inspection activities shall be recorded.
5.7返工或返修的产品将由品质部再次检验，再次检验的标准同正常检验。如有删减须得到质量工程师的确认。检验合格后，检验员再次加盖检验章。返工、返修的和再次检验将被再记录。
5.8These reworked / repaired products which passed the inspection shall send to warehouse or customer according to requirment. The amount shall be ensured.
5.8经检验合格的返工/返修产品，根据要求，重新入库或发还客户。如返工后产品数量短缺，须进行补货。
5.9For these reworked / repaired products which did't pass the inspection, operation personnel fill in "", and report to other departments releated to confirm. These department shall record the information releated.
5.9对返工/返修后仍不合格的产品，生产人员填写“生产报废单”，报请相关部门签字确认。各相关部门进行相关记录。
5.10Warehouse is responsible for scrap action.
5.10仓库对不良品进行实物报废。
