最近，我们已对BSI中国在审核业务方面暂时遇到的一些困难进行了书面解释。 目前，该事件已经取得了阶段性进展，具体情况通报如下：

我们很高兴地通知您，BSI中国已经顺利完成了工商局所有相关的审批流程，并于11月13日取得了新的营业执照。

日前，我们正在和认监委紧密合作，希望尽快完成相关的审批流程，以便尽早恢复业务，继续为客户提供认证和审核业务。

作为认监委管理流程的一部分，我们的审批已经进入机构审批公示阶段，公示期将于12月17日结束。

我们再次提醒您，该事件将不会影响您已经从BSI中国取得的证书的有效性。所有BSI中国颁发的证书都标明有效期，如果您继续符合相关产品的要求，在有效期内，该证书继续有效。我们会在取得认监委批准书之后，重新安排监督审核，我们当地负责人会尽快与您商讨审核时间。

同时，BSI集团和管理层会继续全力支持BSI中国的业务，我们正在全力以赴推进认监委审批流程的完成。再次感谢您对BSI的鼎力支持和理解。

Important message from the Chairman of BSI Group

Dear

Your certification with BSI Management Systems Certification (Beijing) Co. Ltd (BSI China)

We wrote to you recently explaining the facts behind the temporary difficulties we have been experiencing with scheduling assessments within The People’s Republic of China. We would now like to provide you with an update on the good progress made so far in resolving this situation.

We are pleased to be able to inform you that since our last letter, BSI China has successfully completed all the administrative steps necessary in order for SAIC to revise our business licence, which was re-issued on 13 November.

We are now working closely with CNCA to assist them to conclude their administrative process required in order for us to resume our certification operations and undertake assessments for your company and our other clients.

As part of this process, CNCA is conducting a public consultation which is due to conclude on the 17th December 2008.

We would like to remind you that this situation does not affect the validity of your current certification with BSI China. All certificates issued by BSI China specify an expiry date and certificates remain valid until that date, provided you continue to comply with the requirements of the relevant scheme. We will reschedule surveillance assessments, as soon as we regain the approval from CNCA, and confirm dates to you through local management as soon as we are able.

In the meantime, BSI Group and its Board remains fully committed to continue to develop BSI China and is very appreciative of your continued support as we move towards a satisfactory conclusion to this situation, which is now hopefully quite soon.
