Job Description:
 Provide leadership to drive growth in business cooperation .
 Prevent or resolve quality issues that could impact business growth in the region.
 Primary Technical/quality Interface with Suppliers and work closely with various division of Energy management on the following:
 Conduct business, technical, and SRG surveys on suppliers, and sub-tiers as nessary, for supplier approvals.
 Conduct First Piece Qualifications and Pilot Acceptance for NPI Programs, Cost-Out projects, and TOW programs.
 Conduct Product/Process Surveillance Audits with suppliers
 Lead supplier improvement of process control, quality assurance systems and procedures thru use of Control Level Evaluations and implementation of Heartbeat Initiative rigor.
 Manage Corrective Action Resolution, lead and verify the Corrective action/preventive action implementation for non-conforming materials.
 Be Communication Interface with Business SQE/Eng./M&PE etc.
 Initial Supplier Screening (QS/WP/EHS)
 Critical-To-Quality Review with suppliers
 Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and assurance
 Drive continuous improvement of supplier’s quality, cycle, and delivery performance through Six Sigma / Control Level Evaluations
 Chair sourcing review to key NPI programs together with sourcing manager.
 Drive supplier quality initiatives, i.e. quality system, lean, six sigma, process control improments inititaitives.
 Monitor supplier quailty metrics and report monthly to global team
 Coordinate and communicate quality issues, actions and/or events with APO quality, marketing, PSO and program management.

Qualification:
 BS/MS electric Engineering. Hands-on experience in manufacturing (shop floor) exposure. Quality, or Supplier quality management experience is preferred
 Excellent English communication skills in both oral and written are required
 At least 3 years hands-on experience in manufacturing process, electric element etc.
 Strong leadership and communication skill, experience in leadership role is preferable
 Excellent interpersonal skills
