Job Responsibility
1.To support sourcing team to develop suppliers, and support export and domestic programs;
2.Be responsible for the development/assessment of supplier quality system;
3.Play a strong liaison role between suppliers and MSC facilities to ensure program is successfully launched;
4.Periodically audit the existing supplier performance & continue to improve the product quality to drive for continuous improvement in quality/cost savings program;
5.Working closely with other team, communicate and provide technical support to solve the quality issues.

Job Requirements
1.BS or above of mechanical engineering or related technical disciplines;
2.At least 5 years working experience, and at least 3 years experience as SQE;
3.Comprehensive knowledge of Quality Control management standards and procedures such as Total Quality Management, TS16949 etc;
4.Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, etc;
5.Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPS;
6.Self Motivated, result driven /goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency;
7.Strong project management skills, time management skills, influencing and communication skills are required;
8.Be able to read drawings;
9.Good computer skill, and sound presentation skills at all levels;
10.Good English skills (oral & writing communications);
11.Frequent Travel is required.





公司信息：法资电气公司，在中国8家生产基地，主要产品是熔断器，母牌等。作为SQE，接触的很多是机械方面的机构件，特点是种类多数量少。

做了一年质量人，以后也会朝这个方向去做。不知道相关岗位机会有无。
