I went to work earlier than usual, as soon as I turned my computer; my mailbox was stuffed with hundreds of unread messages. Naturally, my greatest concern was whether there were product quality problem.
During the Spring Festival, XX product PPM was above the target limit, which was unexpected. When I sent the feedback to related engineers, however, engineer of XX department arguably blamed that my QC girls’ inspection speed was slower to catch the defective products being produced. Knowing quality should be designed in not inspected out, this claim has made me very disgusted. Since the high defect rate of XX product is a big issue, how to improve will be the topic that we are going to focus on from now on.
I didn’t receive a “red envelope” from the company due to my absence on February 10 and 11, Lucky, I got a “red envelop’ from my boss.
