At work, we are facing new problems and difficulties to deal with all the time. In the afternoon, I received a customer complaint regarding XX problem. It showed no abnormalities by querying historical data of QC girls randomly inspecting. However, before the source of the problem can be found, In ordering to make sure product quality meeting customers’ requirement , in the next days, all my QC girls will have to work overtime to conduct 100% inspection on all XX products. At the same time, all involved mangers will also pay special attention to the XX production process. To follow up with inspection result, I have to work overwork on Saturday.
