Doing an early morning walk has become a habit, and I also keep the same schedule on weekends.
There is a proverb that says, “The early bird gets the worm”. Sometimes, I feel like a bird of expecting to find the worm. Particularly in recent years, I am afraid to lose motivation after relaxing.
