For most office clerks and managers, today is the last of work in the Year of the Snake. Though most management personnel and employees are going to home tomorrow to celebrate the Spring Festival with their families, a few will be required work during the Spring Festival, so that the company can continue running without interruption.
In our company, during the Holidays, the company will pay extra red enveloped in addition to overtime payments are twice, so that most of our staffs prefer to work overtime instead of taking vacation days. Since the labor law forbids companies to “overwork” their employees, if they are arranged rest days according to management requirement, they are not enough motivation at work. I often encourage them to use their leisure time to improve themselves by taking either college level courses or computer programming and so on, but they still have many complaints.

Today, I am glad to receive to a year-end bonus from the company, which amounts to XX times of my monthly salary. With this extra money, I will buy some presents for my parents and grandpa.
