Today, one of our customer complained our products for the dimension issue. In fact, we have done much work from tooling improvement to production for succedent delivery. But our customer is still not satisfied. The root cause is communication .
As our operation manager pointed, we should do more work to communicate with our customer, and the most efficient way is to talk face to face.
