我在电话会议中和亚太区的LEADR们回顾了这个季度的六西格码项目进度.以为这个季度目标达成率137%可以交差了.

Team,

Congratulations on 137% Q1 6Sigma acheivment ($4.8m vs. $3.5m goal).

We now have 45 projects in the tool; and another 32 (total of 77) projects indentified for the year. It is clear that our $25M stretch goal is no longer aggressive enough. We are now ready to set a new Stretch Goal of $50m for this year.

6Sigma is a great way to develop our leaders and address critical business issues. It is good to see that over 25% of our projects directly address critical Customer issues. 6Sigma is a great way to resolve our critical customer impacting process issues.
