APQP management:
1/ The process for manufacturing, checking and recording results of products has to be described with an APQP planning (attachment 1);
2/ Product/Process feasibility Check-list (attached 2) has to be filled by the supplier;
3/ A rating system based on the FMEA method shall give a priority for preventive actions. A pareto analysis of the risk criteria to design the preventive action plan could be required.
4/ Control plan is defined for each operation in order to identify the checking operation.
5/ Capability studies are used to asses whether the process or the machine could manufacture the product in serail conditions. In front of the results the suppliers has to decide what type of control plan to achieve.
6/ APQP review are stated by M.A. for the common verification of the planning fullfilment.
