有关于不良率推算及小概率验证问题,请指教

已经累积一组检测数据,已知 公差范围
可以推算出接下来,生产中的不良率大概是多少吗?
附件带有数据。如果可以可以做个范例吗?先谢谢了
另外考虑到,我们客户每次发现一个不良,就会投诉,能不能通过检测后续生产中的数据,然后进行推算,推算其发生不良是否是一个小概率事件?

先计算你的数据分布模型,如果是正态分布直接计算超出规格线的概率就行了,贴那么多数据没人原因看的。
