要求:
质量部经理的经历, 最好是外企;
英语熟练,书面和口头表达流利,最好CET六级(四级也可);
工科学历, 最好是电子电气工程;
熟悉ISO9001和ISO14001体系;
熟悉外部和内部的供应商审核;
为人稳重, 团队协调能力强;

职责:
Control of all quality related affairs.
Lay out and management of test equipment.
Organize product testing.
Decide about quality related issues.
Perform testing at third parties.
Organize audits (internal and external).
Scheduling of testing personnel.
Calibration of all test equipment.
Conduct supplier audits.
Handling of customer complaints.
Improve quality system.
Supervise subordinates.
Be quality management representative.
