the fate of quality persons

I already working in a company for 1 year till now. The begaining of I come to this company, I ask GM to support me to improvement the quality system of this company( cause she also agree with me ), but finally, I have not success due to she always change his mind.

New GM coming, he gainsaid my all of work due to the quality system is not very good. maybe I will be fire. sadness .........
