Looking for a job related to quality area

I am a female, havemore than 5 years working experience in quality area in Shanghai. 3 years in Taiwanese comany,currently working in a Europe company as quality engineer. want to leave current company. I can't learn form this company. Everyday I have a guiility of wasting my time on this job, the job is very easy, no need to use any quality tool, I just use 1 hour can finish all the job everyday. as you know, I was walked from the Taiwanese company, which meant I have been trained very strictly as well as learned much, to be honstely, curently job like a small case for me.
So I stared to look for a new job after the spring festive. but unfortunately, until now I didn't receive any interview invitation. but whatever, life move on, the reserching also move on. I keep on my passion and ready to face any challenge.
