招SQE，月薪5-8K，有兴趣进来看看....

Responsibility：

1. Identify key suppliers and define improvement and development plan to meet company objective in SCM scorecard.
2. Drive timely Supplier to prevent reoccurrence defect to improvement the LAR, PPM, service, technology and delivery through supplier audit and manage continuous improvement activities.
3. First article inspections and related testing for NPI (New Product Introduction) such as PPAP, Cpk, SPC etcs of statistical tools to use NPI and mass production.
4. Prepare the FAI report and technical support for IQC inspectors.
5. Initial analysis and confirmation of raw materials quality issue detected out at IQC & production line,
6. Organize the NSR meeting daily, and maintain related documentations.
7. Support to contact supplier for notifications of raw materials quality abnormity finding and follow up SCAR until closed, (for some suppliers assigned)
8. Support to do raw material stock review & check when there is incoming quality abnormity detected in production lines,
9. Data collecting and statistic related to SQE section,
10. Come up with suggestions for supplier quality improvement activity
11. Establish procedure related to supplier quality management.
12. Attend and report in management review on supplier performance monitoring.

Education Background:
Degree or above in mechanical / electrical engineering major
Work Experience:
At least 2 years work experience in IQC or SQE function, Experience in magnetic transformer industry is preferred.
Skills &Knowledge:
Be familiar with IQC or SQE working operations,
Be familiar with ISO9000 quality system,
Be familiar with core/Plastic/metal quality standard.
Well spoken and written in bi-lingual (English / Chinese).
