Job description:
Focus on FPA\/RDFS to support both NPI & EPI for new part\/upgrade existing parts introduction to ensure new parts smoothly mass production.
On site Audit \/ development on new \/existing supplier and the follow up CAR
Coaching \/ motivate supplier to analysis root cause for continually improvement through focus on top defect of top 10 poor suppliers, and\/or the hot\/urgent issue from internal (production \/ QA \/ IQC \/ PDD …)
Work close with buyers \/ PDD engineers\/IQC to align the specification \/ test \/ inspection method to reduce the gray area between supplier & Whirlpool.
Coordinate with buyer to Push\/negotiate with supplier for Quality agreement for sign back.
Charge back the cost supplier quality penalty

Requirements:
College degree or above
Major in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics, or engineering related
At least 3 years Quality \/ process working experience,
Well understanding \/ using quality tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP, PPAP…)
Audit skill \/ on problem solving
Communication skill in English \/ chiness, computer
With lean \/ Six Sigma knowlegy
