what the difference in pcb material FR-1 FR-2, FR-4, CM-1,CM-3

hello,i meet a problem when do lead free trial, the pcb can not bear the high temperature, its material is fr-1,the supplier tell me cm-1 or cm-3 can meet the demand.

they're different grade of the material, equal to UL94
