I need is to test if the CAT 6 cable comply to following Electrical specifications at 250 Mhz.

Impedance: 100±15 Ohm.
Transmission speed: 600Mbps.
Pair to Ground Capacitance Unbalance: 50pF/m.
Conductor DC Resistance: <163Ω/km @ 20centigrade
Color code: blue white/blue, orange white/orange, green white/green, brown white /brown.
Outer Color: Gray, Ivory white.
