公司的FMEA文件是谁做出来的？

As far as i know, technology department is reponsible for developing DFMEA. However, for PFMEA one department is competent for the task. PFMEA should be developed by cross function team which consists of engineers and/or operators from quality departent, production dept., technology dept., engineering dept., purchasing dept., and so on. We can begin preparing PFMEA after the process flow chart has been completed. Generally speaking, brainstorm is the main tool for PFMEA.
