马上要去面试SQE了

下午3时要去面试SQE了,
但对QM感兴趣,做的事有点差不多啊!
Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Report to: Quality Manager
Main Responsibilities:
•Lead quality assurance team in driving supplier quality, incoming material quality and product outgoing quality activities.
•System AVL verification and AVL maintenance.
•Coordinate with purchasing team for supplier selection, audit and appraisal for all direct & indirect material.
•Supplier quality issue communication window internally & externally, and follow up close loop e corrective action (CLCA)
•Chair internal periodical (Non conforming material) MRB meeting for suppliers quality problems containment and improvement.
•Establish supplier quality performance history and report for supplier quality evaluation and improvements.
•Supports local sourcing initiatives.
•Supplier process change notification (SPCN) and waiver.
Qualification and Skills:
•Requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years working experience in Supplier Quality control area.
•Coaching and supervision skills to be able to lead supplier quality team to success.
•Ability to solve problem using proper problem solving tools (e.g. 5 Why, 8D, 6Sigma)
•Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with external customers; with management and peers; with subordinates be accomplished in 6sigma.
•Good communication skill, good command in English and Mandarin both in writing and speaking
