SQE如何做才会让公司内部人员满意?

各位大侠:

本人是做SQE的,有时在处理供应商问题的时候,有人说我们SQE是站在供应商的角度说话而不是站在公司立场想。其实我个人认为只要把事情能以最好的方法处理完,不管是供应商做还是我们自己做,我觉得首先我们应该第一时间要把问题处理掉先出货。但是事后我们还是要追究供应商他们应承担的责任,但不是一味的只要发现是供应商的话我们就不需要做任何动作等待供应商来处理。难道我的处理方法有问题?有哪位大侠能给我指点指点一下。谢谢!

I agree which one said "U should realize that u have stand in the middle between supplier and your own company."
That means your company also your customer and supplier is the forward process.
Use process approach is if the output not satisfaction ,u can improve it from input and process itself.input is your supplier,process is your communicate and negotiate ability ,output is the available materials.
u will be suffer from the various claim from your own company you were not get improvement action while the output were defect.
