ASQ会员：国内注册比直接在美国贵

不知道这里有多少人是ASQ的会员，我最近向申请加入，看了国内的报价：1190元。
ASQ 美国网站的报价是：$119，贵了差不多200呀，那位老兄有向国外汇款的经历。
刚才咨询了ASQ，有些东西不是很懂，什么是Check,难道是汇票，还有什么是 wire transfers ，有知道告诉一声，谢谢了
