问题一：
At the time of audit by 12:15am at Assembly workshop; it was found that the in-process inspection records were duly filled before the required time interval of inspection time at 14:30 and 16:30pm.
在装配车间审核通过的时间是12:15，结果发现，过程中的检查记录，提前填写好的检查时间为14:30和16:30不是所要求的时间间隔。
The QA FQC inspection Standards LUK’s-WI-111 V4.0 showed that there were no FQC report retained necessary, which was violated the requirement of QM8.2.4 of QMS Manual, actually the selected QA reports of some final inspection were not provided; e.g. T7779; T2889 etc.

问题二：
Some QC staff could not understand the GB/2828-2003; e.g. the lot size :5 rolls and the sampling size should be 5 Rolls according to AQL 1.5, level II of GB 2828 -2003, but actually it was selected 2 rolls only
一些QC工作人员无法理解GB/2828-2003（计数抽样检验程序）;根据AQL（接收质量限）1.5，II级GB 2828-2003的批量：5卷和采样大小应该是5卷，但实际上它是只选择2卷。
