stability: in long term view, one year external calibration/internal calibration already verfied this item, fixedly measure the same standard block and value conbines together shows the trend how it looks like.
bias: actually, it more likes the stability, some steps like measure the same standard block and identify if it matches the calibration SPEC.
linearity: I also think the calibration can cover it and ordinary calibration contains different measure section, for example, the 0~20cm, 20cm~40cm, different measurement section has its tolarence, given this rules to judge a measuring equipment its ok or not, I think it could be a substitute way for linearity.
