SQE新手系列之二， 我与太极高手老油条供应商交战实况

背景：老油条供应商有三个特征

1， 该公司品质客户经理是以前我们公司的SQE工程师
2， 该公司产品单价特别便宜，当然相应的品质也特别差
3， 该公司由于单价低，订单超多，售后服务差

第一回合：

我：
Our production line found PCB distortion issue as attachment shown,
Our QT have already confirmed the failure samples with your technician xxx,
Please advise the action in three days.
并附上我们测试到的PCB板变形的数据, 不良照片，P/N, D/C, LABEL picture

老油条:
Please send us defective sample to conduct analysis.

第二回合：
我
I will send 3pcs defect samples to you for detail analysis though we have already measure the defect samples with your technician xxx

老油条:
Based on IPC in the attachment , it should be 2 times diagonal length when calculating the warpage , thus the warpage result should be 0.385% , it meets the IPC spec. 0.75%.
certainly ,we should take continuous improvement effort to make the boards better.

第三回合：
我：
I know you are the specialist in PCB field, Thanks for your IPC document,
I spend about 1 hour to learn this IPC standard
According to your IPC document,

Calculate the percentage of Bow/ twist as follows:
BL=RL/L100 BW=RW/W100
Percentage Twist = R/2D*100

Per measure the failure sample with your technician XXX last week , The BL is out of spec 7.5%,
Please not only reply “ will improve it” in oral without actual action
Our production line continual found this failure from the beginning of Sep to now,
I know you are very busy, We will very thanks if you can spend more time on this case

老油条:
Thank you for your information.
based on your e-mail , the bow is out of spec.
I will release formal corrective action report to you after team's study
Due day: Next tuesday
