条款4.1有如下一句话: "Where an organization choose to outsource any process that affects product conformity with requirements, the organization shall ensure control over such processes. Control of such oursourced processes shall be identified within the quality management system."
做到什么程度才算是确保对这些外包过程进行了控制?
举例: 假如我们的产品上用到一个齿轮, 我们把齿轮外包给其它公司去加工.
假如我只要求外包商送一些样品来, 并对样品作一些检测, 算不算确保对这些外包过程进行了控制?
假如我们要外包商送一些样品来, 同时也要求他们提供PPK值, 算不算确保对这些外包过程进行了控制?
是否一定要外包商提供PPAP资料, 才算是确保对这些外包过程进行了控制?

我看过认证公司Stage 2 Assessment Plan把Purchasing ，Supplier Management ，outsourcing三个过程放在一起审核，并且说要提供PPAP。不知能否给您一些启示。
