let him go or stay ...continous

Today I let him go, my mood is complicated. My boss and I made the decision together. He is a good guy, but he doesn’t suit here, at least now. He is too young to undertake the responsibility.
My company isn’t big, every employee need to can complete self duty. It isn’t about authority. It is a lesson to me.

I am working more than ten years, I was fired once. I can understand the feeling. Someone thought I give up a person easily. In fact it is hard to me.
