跳出工艺的框框搞质量

不是想另起炉灶,呵呵,只是回复太长看不到.质量与工艺的关系是个老生常谈的问题,甚至是质量和产品标准之间.由钻石前辈提出来,正好有个讨论的气氛.我相信论坛里大部分人都认为做质量的必须懂工艺,虽然不要求具有工程一样的能力,但至少说啥能懂,出了问题能大致知道,这就是目前质量人的现状. 抛开质量的定义来说,从事质量的人的应该做什么,哪些才是真正的质量工作,这个才是重要的问题.改革,体系,意识,执行力是质量人员经常挂在嘴边上的话题,然而在大部分公司,不懂工艺的话,人家会说,你啥都不懂你来做什么?你有什么能力告诉我怎么样做才是对的?怎么样才是预防? 不过话说回来,如果你对工艺很了解,那还要ME做什么呢?你来设计好了,那么这个问题就从原点又回来到了原点.难道质量就只能是一个circle?所以还要有一个需要明确的就是持续改进并没有终点! 工艺对质量来说只是一个KEY, which is used for connecting with engineer.if you do not know technology, when problem appeared what should you talk with engineer? only defective rate? even you can not describe the issue completely. back to quality, SPC is a common language between other department and us, so dose technology. but I think we can not be limited by technology, because our work is to improve, if you deeply sink into engineer, you can not feel anything wrong with it. the important thing is how can you get out of the loop. Maybe knowing little technology is a method, as you do not know it, you can image widely, but this is not best solved work. as what Zuanshi said, quality guy should have eye for finding out the uncomfortable problem in the process, product first. so knowing little or much technology is not very important.This is my idea, welcome to discuss, thank you.my English is not fluent, I am studying.
