Evidence of non-conformance:
At design and development of project SATA, P/N#112.06.053.02,
a) the paint thickness (>0.02mm) special characteristic is not identified in control plan.
b) the layout and functional inspection is not included in the control plan.

Evidence of non-conformance:
Customer satisfaction is evaluated at Jun/2007. The customer satisfaction evaluation report did not cover the objective performance data, including the delivered quality, ppm, on time delivery performance.
