it is the day to be trained supplier control system by Mr.Kong, leader of QA Dept..
though i stay here just for 2 days, i have felt disorder of this company exactly, people are so straight to talk about firm's problems to a stranger, that are abnormal,which proves dissatisfying emotion has been full of the whole company, they have no any need to prettify anything, it is dangrous for all managers and some kind of disaster to the development of company.
Mr kong is also one of those complainers, this is out of my expectation, for he is a leader ,and also a new comer.
anyway, any factory has its own reason to exist, just like anything does, so i prefer to believe that it is just the quality of people result in this kind of circumstances, as firm's top leaders think, and the leaders are trying to change this complexion and recruit many excellent people this year, everything will be ok , i think.
i am always positive to life, am i right at this?
the matter of the fact is, Mr Kong is so disappointed about the supplier systerm( and also the whole quality system), he presented me the conformable supplier list, there are 131 suppliers on it, most of them are small factories with bad sense of quality , and hard to communicate, as Mr.Kong said:"advanced ideas encounters laggard productivity." aothough i have been prepared enouth to see the laggard factory, what i saw shocked me already,when we opened the door of their workshop, undecoreated ground maked with pits rushed into my eyes, which remind me Mr.Zhang Ruiming's old factory, where need to put up banners like" don't pee everywhere."
that is not our worst supplier yet , you can imagine what the QA Dept. can do at incoming, it is no strange Mr Kong is so sad. thank GOD i am not the same Dept. with Mr kong, but I think i should prepare for worse reality, for my choice.
