I have a fall

Today is weekend,I come back from the outside.Suddenly,I fell down on the slippery floors.It is so pain and I can not stand up!I am very angry to the cleaners aunt and loudly said to her,"Why is the floor so slipping have water?" "sorry,very sorry!"she said to me.I am really angry,because my father have a fall and lost a leg in many years ago.I tell my father's story to her and I hope she clean the floor!But she is so old, I have a felling of my mother to her,perhaps her body and work hard as my mom，so I reflect on myself:Please forgive me for rude!
I hope I will not angry to anyone or myself.
