2008年的TS审核不符合项

S15 Purchasing process:
At Purchasing department , the purchasing activities were monitored with approval vendor list and related purchasing orders. But the quality management system certificate (third party) was not available for some approved vendors, e.g. Shandong Weijiao, the raw material (cast iron) suppliers.


C3 APQP process:
For the engineering change of the P/N# 19911240009,the new process,dynamic balance test,is added to the manufacturing process. But the related control plan was not updated. Also the some process monitoring methods were not applicable,e.g. forming process use visual check.


S5 Product monitoring process:
1、At first article inspection,the dimension result (diameter 127+/-0.5mm) was not recorded in the IPQC records sheet, 06/08/2008.
2、At final inspection (P/N#3053210401) ,the inspection tools were not defined,e.g.caliper for the chamber 2×45 degree and roughness tester for the texture (3.2a) requirement.
