天气: 晴朗心情: 高兴I wrote the 8D report instructed by our supervisor ever,he told me how to write it and how to analyse the problem.Then I write the 8D report by myself and our supervisor is support me and very satisfy what I write.
Now I take charge of the customer service mainly. One of it is customer claim. If the customer is not satisfied the goods, he will send the 8D form. to us and require us to supply the 8D report. For servicing the customer and correcting the problem I learn the 8D problem solving process today, and I find it is a very good tools. Especially the control action is really used in production.It solves the current problem and prevent the potential problem. All the actions are used reduce the defective rate and enhance the capacity.
I will learn the 8D well and use it expertly.
