ovil branch from another company on me

Today one company gives their ovil branch to me as a quality manager. I don't know how to describe the feeling when I show the designation to my bosses, I have 3 bosses(old boss, his son and his son-in-law). maybe happy, and a little bit sad.
actually I work for current company about 2.5 years. I learn much here and I get enough believe and support from all of them so I can easily maintain relationship with customers and suppliers and very quickly to solve the trouble with them. In current company I learned how to communicate and work in the diversified culture enviroment.
But the consuming price is increasing so high and my daughter is costing me more and more, I have to do some choice for living.
So I have to say good bye and give my best wish to them.
