Reporting on SS deployment in China

For my understanding, there are a few native comapny (having been) deploying SS, such as Hare, Huawei, Zhongxing,Hannan airline and Legend.
I overheard that Legend had met some frustration and could not move on. How about the other companies' SS deployment? How well did they do? How successful are they? How much cost saving have they achieved?...
