How will SQE do if you in such company?
Dear all,
Now I am working for a small company of 500 members,actually speaking,it is a manufacture plant for mainly assembling notebook computer.Because of my experience and short time in this plant, I am not used to this new place.
Our company is not rich one,the cost is placed in top postion.Calls down is popular in it.Accordingly,regarding suppliers control,there is a little difficulty.As you known,it is impossible that not only high quality but also low price.
If I take the quality and customer side,we should focus on the quality,
but considerate of the cost,the boss can not find qualified suppliers.
As a SQE ,how can I do?
Please give me some advice.

Yes,as you said,it is a Taiwan management model.
Although we all know the purpose of the company is to get profit,it is irresponsible and bury for quality.
In my opinion,as a quality man,we don't need to think about the cost.
we can give our positive answer to our boss "the quality of material is so bad",and
let our boss determine which way,reject or accept.
