招聘要求

Your responsibilities 工作描述
•    Responsible for new product project quality management, get overall quality picture for project, support project to get gate release 
      and smoothly hand over to production.
•    Responsible for project qualification plan building up, including gate release requirement, quality target, gate production quantity situation and 
      inspection method, let project have a clear direction about releasing.
•    Responsible for project sample inspection arrangement, result assessment, overall SI rating, quality problem solving, benchmark sample set 
      up, project sample management, and align the final release with DQ. 
•    Responsible for IMTE selection, design and management in new production introduction phase, handover clear IMTE to production and let 
      mass production phase have an efficiency IMTE measuring method.
•    Monitoring/ pushing/ leading critical documents during project phase, such as: Drawings, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, PRA, PHA, FPC, Supplier Stament, IP(including paper document and SAP set up), etc. 
•    Support sourcing department to implement the supply localize strategy, and help to qualify the new supplier.
Your profile 基本要求
•    Bachelor or above, major in mechanical/ metal material/ engineering and related subjects
•    Fluent English in written and speaking, good command of Mandarin. MS-office software application
•    ISO 9001 internal auditor is preferred
•    2 years in new products introduction quality control experience
•    Professional knowledge and skills in new products introduction development process and quality control;
•    Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Show excellent facilitation, planning and prioritizing skills, working with different stakeholders.
