Toiletry Sales Limited 是一家有35年历史的英国零售贴牌产品OEM服务商，2005年开始进驻中国进行采购 主要经营医疗耗材，器械，卫生用品，年采购额有5000美金 主要客户有TESCO，ASDA，Sainsbury ,Morrison 等。
目前在中国区招聘一位技术管理人员 要求如下
Job Title: Technologist 

Job Responsibilities 

    Assist the business and provide solutions in managing the quality and ethical standard of China suppliers mainly working with medical device manufacturer, such as plasters, tapes, bandages first aid kits, electronic thermometers.
    Have to work closely with factories quality manager /HR manager/ISO specialist or sometimes the senior management to assist factories maintain and improve to the customers quality requirement including BRC/TESCO non-food/other customer own standard or any quality audits
    To work closely with factories quality manager /HR manager/ISO specialist or sometimes the senior management to assist factories maintain and improve to the CSR/Ethical Trade standard to ensure factories are meeting legal requirement on labour laws ,safety ,environment protection and etc.
    Work with 3rd party like SGS /TUV/ITS/BV to book audits/tests/coordinate any technical problems
    Conduct regular factories visit to do internal audits and communication with factory management people follow up technical matters and report back to UK any issues
    Conduct pre-audit against various standard at factories 
    Attend 2nd and 3rd party audits at factories observing audits/learning and ensure factories’ problems are understood
    Technical assist factories on standard reading /translating/training/answer all questions relating to technical
    Follow up audit close out or any technical issues
    Involve in NPD ( new product development ) 
    Handle product quality issues  
    Assist China Day to Day team ( another team) where needed – very little
    Answer UK technical questions and provide documents and reports
    Regular meeting with UK technical team


Qualifications and Requirements:

    At least 3 years working experience in quality or factory manage in factories or foreign trade company and have a science background with medical device/food industry/cosmetic knowledge
    Experience with CSR/Ethical trade/Social accountability 
    Understand standard like ISO9001 ,BRC ,SA8000 ,Walmart 
    Experience with managing UK retailers standard independently is preferred such as TESCO ,Sainsbury ,ASDA,Morrisons 
    Experience in managing the SMETA /Walmart Ethical/BSCI is preferred 
    Good English reading and speaking /CET-6 or equivalent 
    Good communication and time managing /fast responding 
    Hardworking and can work flexible hours sometimes 
    Quick learner and can work under pressure 
    Managing experience /influence skills
