-Coordinates quality complaints reported to multi-national companies (automotive industry, electronics), coordinates the representation of foreign part suppliers, and manages services at partners belonging to the affected region;
-Ensures high level quality services for partners, follows customer expectations by consultation with contact persons, keeps a day-to-day contact with the representatives of partners;
-Plans, ensures and coordinates resources necessary for the effective operation of the region;
-Plans, manages and controls the activities of employees, motivates, develops and assesses employees;
-Ensures effective communication within the region;
-Operates administration and reporting system;
-Prepares and coordinates the preparation of the necessary analyses, reports, and audits for both our partners and company management;
-Actively participates in business planning, attains business objectives;
-Actively participates in continuous development of the region, seeks new business opportunities, and contacts potential partners;
-Plans, coordinates and manages projects and services initiated by the top management in the affected region.
