It’s Sunday evening, the end of the week. Many things have happened in this week. First, one of our customers audited our company from June 16 to 17. In these two days, this customer had spent more than four hours to review my department’s inspection records of incoming materials and verify the date against company inventory in the warehouse. As expected, he didn't find any problem. During the audit, I asked one of QC girls to stay by my side to acknowledge the process so that she would know and understand why rules and instructions at work must be strictly followed.

Though the audit went well and I basically understood what the auditor asked in English, it was a pity and very regretful that I couldn't answer his question in English and rely on my colleague to translate my words.

Secondly, I will attend English training course again beginning June 28. Our English teacher is from India, and I attended her course in 2012, I know she was a patient teacher. Two years ago, I confess that I didn't understand what she said at that time because it’s difficult to speak and listen to English for me. Two years have passed; I have been learning it hard all the time, I wish I would make progress in this year’s course.
