招聘要求

1) Requirements – Education / Special knowledge, skills:
 University education bachelor degree majoring in Automotive and/or Mechanical Engineering.
大学本科主修汽车或机械相关专业。
 More than 5 years work experience in automotive industry.
汽车行业5年以上工作经验。
 Knowledge in ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and etc.
熟悉 ISO9001、ISO/TS16949、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA等相关知识。
 Communication in English additional to mother language.
流利的英语交流能力。
 Strong ability in communication and coordination in inter-people
较强的沟通能力和内部协调能力。

2) Major tasks / Tasks on own responsibility:
 Management of customer quality 客户质量管理,
 Communication/clarification all product related issues with customers.
跟客户沟通/澄清所有与产品相关的问题。
 Keep good relationship with customer, ensure quality information transfer quickly and timely.
保持良好的客户关系，确保质量信息传递迅速及时。
 Assistant quality manager/supervisor resolving customer complaint, tracking, verification and prevention from re-ocuuring with 8D method.
协助质量经理./主管处理客户投诉，通过8D方法跟踪、验证、预防问题再次发生。
 0km/field return parts from customer analysis and report establishment.
客户0公里/售后返回产品分析并制作报告。
 Customer quality claim coordination.
客户质量索赔协调。
 Preparing and collecting related reports and/or documents for customers.
定期准备和收集客户需要的报告和文件。
 PPAP documents establishment, collection and submission.
PPAP文件的制作和收集，并向客户提交PPAP。
 Customer audit and visit reception.
客户审核、访问接待。
 Product quality 产品质量,
 Manage and control of the product related documents.
管控产品相关文件。
 Support production for product quality problem solving, such as external and internal tests.
协助解决生产过程中发生的质量问题，如实施外部或者内部的试验检测等。
 Support water pump test bench, mainly for product audit, customer complaint.
协助水泵测试台架试验的实施，主要是产品审核及客户投诉方面。
* Product training for other project team members
对项目组其他人员进行产品相关的培训。*
 *All other temporary works assigned by superior level, or as support to other functional staff.
主管指派的其他临时性工作，及对其他岗位的支持。*
