多次加工完成RUN RATE怎么分析
各位好
请问如何一个产品是两次加工而成(先注塑再分2次喷漆完成)请问怎么填?
1。合格产品数:是不是指从喷好漆后的一次合格产品(不包括返工合格品)?
2。产品周期:是不是指注塑周期 + 2次喷涂周期?
3。 一般情况上OEE为多少是比较合理的?

1。 如果是两位手工喷涂工一起做,那么下面2项应该写多少?

对于问题3,首先要准确弄清楚OEE的概念,我听说过最顶尖企业的OEE能达到85%,至于多少合理,那得根据企业的实际情况而定,细分了说,跟设备性能、员工素质、产品合格率高低等都有关系。
