I hope we can discuss the quality issue in english,don't worry your english level, only if you write the issue in english in heart, your english level will raise. so let's talk about the quality issue in english now.

1.what are your attitudte in products quality?

3.the quality responsibility is the quality department,isn't it?

1st, Control the Material Quality;

and for the 3rd point, It's still to big to discuss,but there're same control methods:
1st,control the CTQs;
CTQ means Critical to Quality. it's key point.like the conponement easy to fuss and the jack will be substituted by test jig,and also the procedure will cause misplace the parts and so on.
2nd, the problem remained after PR;it's still be a CTQ;
3rd, Client's requirements.
4rd, the key process in production.
It's so big topic to discuss :p
