請教一個項目開發的問題!
客戶審核時有這樣一個缺失項;
Project development plan should define detailed elementary activeities, divided into several stages as defined in procedure. Each stages should be reviewed to ensure the achievement of objective.
我們的回復是這樣的:
Have created a standardized project development form for project monitoring and review to ensure the activities implemented at required timing as planned.
本身我們在新產品開發時,使用了一份《產品、制程設計審查表》,基本上包括了產品開發的每個階段,且任何一個階段均有進行檢討.但客戶對我們回復如下:
What I mean is project team---->Gantt chart---->stage review, resend the corrective action plan and proof file to me(我指的是成立項目小組,建立里程碑計劃,對項目各個階段進行評審,重新發糾正措施和證明材料給我).
我真的暈了,請教各位,有必要這樣嗎?
我們的產品只不過是一顆小小的元器件而已,就算是新產品也只能算類似產品,從新產品開發的后段直接切入即可,往往這個過程幾天的時間即可完成.
