My talking on 5th March

It is a little difficult for me to remember how many times I have written, so maybe it will be easier to record it by date.
I held a discussion about how to get more using effect of the sigma training in this morning, because we have trained a lot of people in the company, maybe over 100 staff have been GB, but only a few of them have used the sigma knowledge into their work, and of course this is not what we want. So some improvement action should be taken.
Some of them reflect that they are not so familiar with these tools, sometimes they want to use it, but don't know exactly how to do, and there are some problem hindering them from getting help from the teachers. Then an idea flashed in my mind: Maybe it is a good way to found a forum about how to use sigma crrectly in the OA system.
I have decided to do it and try to attract more and more staff into it. Ok, it will be one of my KPI in March.
