My sixth talking
It is not a working day today for our company. We have a rest on the last day in each month, an inventory is made today, so all of the production stop. I come here to work overtime, for I must finish some work which have been delayed for seveal days, and do some preparation for my new work. And especially for this talking, hehehhe, I tried yesterday at home but cann't display the topic page table. I don't know why.
I will be in charge of all the training work in the company, although more work will be done, but I can learn the ability of training management. I made the working direction of training manager beginning of this year, then I get the work. Before I only do the sigma training, isn't it a chance?
Hehehehe, I get the chance I want, and don't mind more work will to do.
So the friends who will see my words, please try to see more good rather than the bad thing when the change happened, then you will happy and learn more.

We don’t have to work today. As always our company is shutdown on the last day of each month to do inventory. However, I have to come in to work overtime, for I must finish a number of tasks that need to be finished as soon as possible, and in addition, I have to review some reference materials to prepare myself for the new job assignment. For this forum, I tried to upload my work yesterday from home but failed. I don't know why.
At the beginning of this year, I developed a training manual for training managers. It has been well received by management. Because of this contribution, I have been given the job to be in charge of all company training tasks, which includes the 6Sigma training that I have been doing in the past several years. I welcome this new opportunity and the increased responsibilities that come along with, because through which I can gain the experience in managing various training programs. I wouldn’t mind to work harder.
So, my dear friends of this forum: be optimistic, learn more and be happy.
